Description One day in Woodhoney Ville, lived a wonderful neighborhood of animals. There were birds and fish, butterflies and lions, and bunnies and frogs. In this small village, lived an all-powerful wolf named Shadow, who though he was better than anyone else. He believed that anyone smaller than him was weak and useless.
An adorable little chipmunk named Peanut disagrees with Shadow. He believes that everyone is equally as powerful as him. Peanut wishes to prove Shadow wrong on his belief, but he has no idea how.
One night, a wicked storm had struck Woodhoney. A lightning bolt and stuck one of the trees, and it has collapsed over the sparkling river that flows through the middle of Woodhoney. The next morning all the animals in Woodhoney were heart broken. They had loved that river, and now it was gone. The fish is left with no water and hopping all over the ground.
"Who should fix this river?" asked the rabbit. "No one is strong enough to lift this tree."
Deep down in the woods they hear a howl. Shadow had come running into the scene.
"I can lift this tree" Shadow bragged. "It should be like a feather to me." He got to the bush of the tree and took his two paws and pushed on it. It didn't move. He tried once again. It made a little move, but then went back into place.
"My, what a stubborn tree" Stated Shadow. "I might need some assistance."
"Ill help you!" someone screamed from the crowd. Shadow looked around and saw little Peanut walk up to him.
Shadow Laughed. "My, what a small little fellow you are!" howled Shadow. "You will not be able to lift this tree. You are to small and weak."
Peanut frowned. "I will be able to lift this tree. I can lift it as much as you can" Snapped Peanut.
"Oh really? Try." Shadow insulted.
"Fine" Said peanut. He walked over to the tree and pushed. It didn't move. Again he tried no luck. Shadow Smirked. "Aw, poor little peanut cant lift this tree" He said.
"Hey, you couldn't lift it either" Peanut pointed out.
"-sigh- Just go home Peanut. You're no match for this big tree. Run along. Go away" said Shadow.
Peanut sighed and turned around about ready to leave.
"Poor little fella, he only wanted to help shadow. He should be allowed to help" Said the frog.
"Yeah! Let him help!" chanted the bunny. Soon, everyone was chanting 'let him help!' until shadow finally said something.
"Alright! Alright! Ill let him help me; but do you really think he can lift this tree?" said shadow. "Come you Peanut. Help me with this tree."
Peanut looked at shadow. "I would say no; But I want to fix the river so I cannot refuse" Peanut explained.
Together, Peanut and Shadow stood at the top of the tree and pushed. It moved a lot; but wasn't good enough. Again, they tried. It failed.
"Lets put our full force into this last push, and keep pushing as hard as possible" Yelled peanut.
"Alright; but aren't we doing that already?" asked shadow.
"Well try harder!" said Peanut.
For this last push, they pushed with all their might and it worked. They lifted the tree off the river.
"Yay! We did it!" singed peanut joyfully.
"Yeah, I guess we did" said shadow. "And, I'm sorry. I misjudged you. Your pretty strong for someone your size."
Peanut smiled. "Its alright. Are we friends now?" asked peanut.
"Yeah, were friends" smiled Shadow.
Since that day peanut and shadow had been best friends. They are also known as the heroes of Woodhoney Ville. Also, that day Shadow has learned a lesson. It doesn't matter what size you are, or how short you are. They can be very powerful as well.
