One thing I've always had trouble with when animating is walk cycles, so I thought I should get some practice since I'm not progressing much on any work. So...here's twenty six unique walk cycles (though many aren't even walking) arranged in a way so they randomly appear. I think it's kinda fun to watch, it's always different!...I probably spent the most time on Marth, what with his two hundred-thirty three frames, sixteen symbols, various frame-by-frames and mini-animation. Eat that, everyone who thinks I hate Marth!

lol when i saw the comments about princess peach, i didn't get it. then i watched and i'm going doodidoodidoo hey this is neat doodidoodi-OMG!!!! OMFG!!! 0_0;; as she floated serenly by. Then I started laughing my head off. No offense but its frickin hilarious. I could never do any of the animation you did there-so don't get me wrong- im in awe. But some stuff you just cant help but snort your brain out at. o.O *falls silent*

There's no way you hate Marth, not with all the hours you spend letting Captain Falcon whack his pretty face! Walk cycles are miserable. They were the death of my hsort-lived animation career. To be honest, some of these are a little awkward, but they're a far sight better than anything coming offa my animation table. Well done.

The thing to remember when making someone walk is that one foot is stationary while the other takes a step. Only the torso is in constant motion. (Otherwise you get that strange sliding-across-the-ground effect).

Hahaha, not only do I like Ganandorf who's like, "I'm... moving... very... sloooowly..." But I also like Marth. It made me laugh as he walked by once looking annoyed, and then I saw him checking himself out in the mirror the next time. Wonderful!
