Welcome to America, we celebrate things by setting them on fire!Hopefully this isn't the most overused storyboard out there.
EDIT: Okay yeah I know they're Japanese. Roy would travel to the other side of the planet to blow something up and Marth knows everything. Plothole solved!

What game do these two come from? It's a Fire Emblem game, right? I know I saw them first in Super Smash Bros. Melee. And there were two similar characters in the Fire Emblem game for GBA, but Roy wasn't a hothead and...his name wasn't Roy. And Marth was a big guy wielding an axe and...his name wasn't Marth.
Aha, I just checked the book to the Fire Emblem GBA game, and their names were Eliwood and Hector. Eliwood was the Roy-like character, and Hector was the Marth-like character. The differences? Eliwood was a very calm, collected individual, and Hector was in impulsive, rash individual. So, the complete opposite of Roy and Marth. Which game(s) did Roy and Marth appear in first? Was it a Japanese Fire Emblem or something?
Hmm, anyway. This is a hilarous piece. And I had my own private moment of joy at seeing Link in there holding fireworks for Roy. I was like *squeel* LINK! I can see it now...they set up a ring of fireworks around Link, and he activates Din's Fire, and the huge flaming sphere ignites all the fireworks at once! So cool.

Well Marth and Roy are both from Fire Emblem, but different games. (The comics I put them in take place in a SSB:M setting, like...Link or Captain Falcon or whatever is sometimes there)
The game you're talking about is the first FE game to be released in the States, and Eliwood is Roy's father. As far as I know, Hector has nothing to do with Marth, because Marth's daddy is the king of Altea and also fairly dead (even though this game takes place before either Marth or Roy were born so...not yet I guess. It could be him, that's how I pictured Marth's dad...).
Yeah the games Marth and Roy took place in were Japanese; Marth was in the first and second FEs and Roy was from the sixth.

fireworks are fun especially when light the ones on sticks and they dont leave the ground cause u stick them in to far cause then u have all the pretty lights being shot at u and everyone surrounding a small area of 5 to 10 feet good comic very true
