Meet Phil, the Nuka-Cola dude.Another funny random encounter. This guy rides around the wastes selling Nuka-Cola from the cooler on his bike. Most of his phrases state how much he hates his job.
I managed to grab one of his comments. He comes from a family that has always sold Nuka-Cola. Phil's father did it, his father did it, and so on and so forth. He must carry on the tradition.
I'm currently looking for the Four Horsemen of the Post-Apocalypse, in between doing the missions. I really want to save a shot of that encounter, and some of the things they say.
