Okay, I wanted this to be very subtle so I might have to explain what's going on here.Basically, Zuko says something flirty (or even just smiles) to Katara causing here to smile and blush. Aang notices the exchange and becomes jealous. This would probably be the beginning of them starting to notice an attration toward each other.
