I don't think Sherlock would be very good at hide in seek, at least if he's the one hiding 'cause he has a poor theory of mind. He'd probably be better at seeking though, 'cause he's a brilliant detective.
John: Sherlock, you're not even hiding! Just because you can't see me doesn't mean I can't see you!

"Ready or not here I come"
Sherlock wanders through the kitchen, obviously nowhere John would fit. Then he peers into his bedroom and flips on the lights. The bed is all lumpy.
"John, you're not even hiding."
"Am I not?" he peers out from the covers.
Sherlock irritably rips the blankets off to shoo him out, annoyed that John has messed up his neatly made bed....but John is naked.
"Well I'm ready, are you coming?" John says with a smirk.
