Description
When you run out of villains due to one particular hedgehog, it can be hard to find suitable replacements. Many of the bad-leaning Mobians around the planet don't come as nasty as you need them, many are either sleepy, impatient, or have no clue what they are doing. To defeat Sonic though, putting in the effort to train new minions is worth it, even if it takes a bit of yelling and motivation to get there.
