I feel like you just tossed a softball on this one, lad. This is another obvious one, almost painfully. We as a culture love the singers of music, no matter what the flavor of the music might be ... and we are painfully loyal to them as well. It is amazing the control they have over the fanbase. And it's easy to understand that the Invaders would grasp that much more control over us as people thanks to putting one of their own into a place of control like this.
