The title says it all: it's a big, complicated, futuristic maze. There are lots of places to run around and fight in. Where you direct your KOs will depend on what side of the stage you're on. No one area is safer than another, except maybe those two middle rooms that are mostly enclosed. If Melee's Hyrule Temple were made of steel, this would probably be it.
