If you want to get really technical, you could argue that this stage is already in Brawl. The Delfino Plaza stage eventually frequents the top of the Shine Tower, though this design is more true to the original (in terms of layout, of course). The tower is far up in the sky, so the top of the screen remains fairly close. You can climb into the middle to get lower, but footing is sparse and the spike pit is unforgiving. All the edges can be caught onto, though, so it's an easy stage to monkey around. I'm just sad I couldn't include something to represent the big Shine Sprite that makes it so iconic.
