So back in 2018 when this was a trend I tried my hand at it traditionally.

At the time I remember being so proud of this pieces, so much so that I slapped some line art on the original, printed it out and attempted to color it with markers, LOL.

Keyword there being attempted. Turns out I did not have the extent of the colors I wanted/needed to accomplish my vision.

Anyways, when I dug this out of my sketchbook a few months back the urge to redraw it was all consuming… even if the process did turn out to be anxiety inducing lol.
