Personality:
Spring-Heeled Jack embodies Voltaire's cunning enjoyment of manipulation. He thrives on manipulation, gas lighting, and putting on a false facade to lull those he meets into a false sense of security and use them for either gains or sheer entertainment at their expense. He will lie to your face with a smile, and if discovered, will either try to gas light you again, or just flat out laugh in your face. It's not his fault you got played. You shouldn't have been so trusting.
Other:
Susceptible to becoming overheated in warm weather. Due to being an ice type, hot weather can be very uncomfortable and can result in heat exhaustion, and in extreme cases, heatstroke if not careful. Will cast Hail to help cool himself down.
Cannot smoke cigarillos. The smoke in his lungs is very painful.
Very nimble and agile, using his claws to scale walls. Heightened hearing, sight and smell, but is also sensitive to high frequency sounds, sudden bright lights, and powerful odors.
Claws are freezing to the touch. Being scratched will not cause frostbite.
Feather-like crest on his head can raise or lower, much like a cockatoos.
Alias derives from an urban legend of the leaping devil.
