This is a really stunning picture. The shape of her hair and the overall composition are superb coupled with the extreme lighting make for a beautiful and interesting piece. I have been looking at a lot of sailor moon fanart lately (for obvious reasons) and this is definitely up there as one of my favourite its just so striking and beautiful.
