This is the "Perfect" score from Sonic Adventure 2, which appears when you get a combo with eleven or more enemies (a combo of at least twenty-one enemies is required for the Perfect score in my version of the game, as enemy combos from eleven to twenty enemies will instead net you anywhere from Awesome's 1000 points to Amazing's 1900 points).
