I wanted to go with the stereotype of the classic Danny from Grease character stereotype... with a little bit of 20's mobster thrown in because mobsters.

Alfie is just a pain in the backside to the other animatronics especially Bonnie.... I imagine they would fight, a lot and argue. Freddy has to step in and knock some heads together

Well Bo is just a naive yet curious, shy adorkable idiot- so he would annoy Benny due to his naivety, curious nature. 
Alfie on the other hand is a massive savvy, forward, jerk face- He would just be a massive jerk/dick.
