- Zarakynel was bestowed upon Lucius by the Leader of the Legions of Excess, Fulgrim having served the primarch for several years.
- Being part Latias, Zara allows his master to speak freely with his Pokemon.
- Zara serves as a symbol of Lucius' rank, and a communicator between Lucius and his Pokemon.
- He is pampered and coveted by all the other members of the Legion, Lucius finds him a nuisance at times however.
- Zara is actually a vertren of combat, and a damn good one at that. He hides raw power under feigned weakness & foolery making him incredibly tough to engage in combat both ranged and up close.
- However being part Latias has a downside Zara is a fickle creature, and changes his mind & mood often in relation to his surroundings. Shooting from excitement to mania in seconds.
