Faster than you can say ‘Condensation’ (Active): Balu can form 3 small clouds and send them to 3 people (one cloud for each) up to 30 ft away from him. The clouds will then rain on the targets to grant them the capability to attack or move twice as fast for the next 10 seconds. This can be done every 10 minutes.

Lei of Inspiration (Active): Balu can create a ring of water around the neck of someone up to 15 ft away from him. It will make the cooldown time of a skill they just used 15% shorter. The ring of water hangs on the neck loosely like a lei, and after the target’s skill in refreshed, it will lose its shape and soak into the target’s clothing. Once this happens, if over an hour has passed, Balu can create a new ring.

Cheer Up Clouds (Passive): If someone is crying and Balu accidentally or purposefully makes eye contact with them, their tears will turn into up to 3 tiny clouds (6 inches/15 cm in diameter) in shapes Balu subconsciously thinks would make them happy. If Balu makes eye contact with the same person for a second time, the ability won’t activate again unless they had stopped crying before starting again.

⚜ Personality: Balu’s a pleasant person to be around, although he can be quite persistent in talking to you, even if you’d really rather not. He tries a little too hard to be liked by everyone. Most of the time he's pretty enthusiastic about everything and will do almost anything you tell him. He’s also pretty sensitive and over-emotional though, and will often cry to some people’s annoyance. He’ll apologize for ages though, and he’ll try to make it up to you! He’s matured a little bit after the OR, and he cries a little less, but overall he’s still a child at heart.

⚜ Story: Balu awoke to the sight of an unfamiliar land. Where was he? Or really… who was he? He sat for a few moments in silence, trying to remember even the slightest clue as to how he got here. He could only remember one thing: Balu. Even then, he wasn’t completely sure if that was his name, although since everything else was unknown and confusing around him, he decided to stick with it. He stood up slowly, unsure of how good his balance would be. After a bit of stumbling around, he managed to get up and look around. Seeing all the unfamiliar land from a new angle didn’t seem to help him, and he felt his eyes start to water. Don’t cry. Don’t cry. Don’t- and he was crying. He sighed at himself, almost disappointed. Somehow this feeling felt all too familiar. Still, he tried to ignore it and continued on into a nearby forest. As much as he tried to ignore it, a sense of dread arose in him, and he started feeling more and more like he was being watched. A couple of times he could have sworn he saw a pair of eyes in the darkness. He had only been walking for a couple of minutes, and already he was feeling the most on edge he’d ever felt. Of course, he’d only really felt anything for a little over ten minutes. A rustling sound came from a nearby bush, and Balu nearly jumped. He panicked, and grabbing the nearest thing-a twig- and pointed it threateningly at the bush. “B-be warned! I have a-a very large twig!” Well, he was doomed. He shielded his face, ready for the creature to painfully attack him. He felt the weight of whatever terrible thing was attacking him, but it was much lighter than he expected. He slowly pulled his hands away from his face to be greeted by the face of a curious creature. The creature licked his face and smiled, and Balu let out a small laugh and smiled at it, knowing it’d protect him.
