Kunmt is from a world that doesn't have surface water, much less "navies", but she can still...advertise?An antique/junk store I went to for some reason had some French naval shirts, and seeing one on a female mannequin torso gave me the idea.
I might have gotten one if I thought it'd look good on me and if they weren't asking $50 for one.
