Description Well ladies and gentlemen here's The Simpsons on Disney's One Saturday Morning and this special episode of Stitch and Experiments to commemorate the arrival of the show as well as Stitch's feelings on The Simpsons!

STITCH AND EXPERIMENTS S3E14 “BATTLE FOR THE SIMPSONIAN”

INT TOM SCHUMACHER HIGH SCHOOL FRIDAY AFTERNOON

MOSES IS ABOUT TO GIVE HIS STUDENTS A SUMMARY OF HOW HIS HOLIDAYS WERE SPENT

Moses:  And after I got a treadmill and my own big screen TV I celebrated the New Year with a special marathon of The Twilight Zone!  Now is there any new business?

Lilo:  Yes, The Simpsons is turning 30!

Moses:  The Simpsons?

Gwen:  What’s The Simpsons?

Keoni:  What is The Simpsons?  WHAT IS THE SIMPSONS?!

James:  You have been living under a rock for WAY too long!

Lilo:  The Simpsons is the most famous, iconic, quotable, funniest, longest running animated cartoon comedy on television and it turned 30 December 17 but it really celebrates its 30th anniversary on January 14!

Mertle:  To celebrate it, Disney’s One Saturday Morning will add it to its lineup!

Gwen:  I was being sarcastic, I know The Simpsons!

Mertle:  Well I happen to be the biggest fan of the show!

Yuki:  No I AM!

Victoria:  Says you!  I have seen every good episode of The Simpsons TWICE!

Yuki:  Well I saw The Simpsons Movie in theaters, TWICE!

Lilo:  Come on, I am clearly the biggest fan of The Simpsons in all of Kokaua Town, let alone this island or heck the entire state of Hawaii!

Principal Eisner:  (voiceover)  Attention students, in honor of The Simpsons 30th anniversary there will be no school on the week of January 14!  Your homework will be a Simpsons test that should be on my desk 2 weeks from Monday!

BELL RINGS AND THE STUDENTS LEAVE

Lilo:  Well it looks like you better get to studying!

Keoni:  We’ll be passing that test so fast you’ll be able to flunk it!

Everybody:  YEAH!

Stitch:  Come on, come on.
The name’s Stitch so I’ll give you the sitch
I’m an alien experiment number 626
I’m smart mischievous cute and fluffy
All rolled up in one package, isn’t that lovely!
I got a lot of cousins in one big “Ohana”
Helping out each other just in case we wanna
Lilo’s got my back whenever danger would attack
And I’ve got strength in numbers and that’s a fact!
Everyone is like a brother or a sister!
Even when you’re gone I’m not gonna miss ya!
If you don’t like it then Meega Nala Kweesta!
That’s Tantalog for kiss my keister!

“BATTLE FOR THE SIMPSONIAN”

Stitch:  You’ve got a Simpsons test for your homework?  Man, Moses must have been going the extra mile for the… Zirconia, which anniversary gift is best for the 30th anniversary?

Zirconia:  Diamond!  It also works for the 60th anniversary!

Written by MATT GROENING JAMES L BROOKS AL JEAN MIKE REISS MIKE SCULLY BRAD BIRD RICHARD SAKAI DAVID X COHEN JON VITTI BILL OAKLEY JOSH WEINSTEN GREG DANIELS HARRY SHOEMAKER TONY GOLDMARK and DOUG WALKER

Stitch:  Diamond 30th Anniversary of The Simpsons!

Sparky:  Disney and Fox spared no expense either, Disney Plus has all 600+ episodes and of course Disney’s One Saturday Morning on ABC will have The Simpsons on its lineup!

Lilo:  Even The Simpsons Movie is on Disney Plus!  Anyways, I was wondering if you guys have a Simpsons shrine!

Bonnie:  Well here’s the biggest Simpsons collection in all of Hawaii!

Clyde:  We call it “The Simpsonian”!

BONNIE AND CLYDE REVEAL THE CURTAIN TO THE NUMEROUS SIMPSONS MERCHANDISE FROM 1990 TO 2020 WHILE THE ICONIC THEME FROM THE SHOW COMPOSED BY DANNY ELFMAN IS PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND

Directed by DAVID SILVERMAN RICHARD RAYNIS CHUCK SHEETZ RICH MOORE CHRIS SANDERS WES ARCHER BOB SCHOOLEY and MARK McCORKLE and MATT GROENING

Lilo:  Wow!  All 245 issues of Simpsons comics along with all other Simpsons related comics and comic compilations!

Elena:  All merchandise, clothing, toys, books, posters, video games and all the episodes on VHS, DVD and digital!

Mertle:  OOOH!  This is gonna be the easiest test we’ve ever taken!

Nani:  Did you mention The Simpsons!

Lilo:  Yes, our principal assigned us a Simpsons test!

Keoni:  Not only that, they let us off school for an entire week!

Nani:  Now Nielsen, when is the show gonna be taken off the air?

Nielsen:  Well FOX keeps renewing it season after season because it along with Family Guy and Bob’s Burgers is the network’s most lucrative show.

David:  Well the writing isn’t on par and FOX now has a new cartoon chew toy they can use called Bless the Harts and maybe The Simpsons and Family Guy would be taken off…

Nani:  Bless the Harts ended its first season just recently and the next season starts in September!

LILO AND HER FRIENDS ARE DOING THEIR TEST AND FINISHING THEM AT SUCH SPEED THAT THEY COULD BE FINISHED IN 5 MINUTES FLAT

Nani:  What do you mean it’s the first cartoon of the 90s?  It premiered on December 17 1989!

David:  But Fox didn’t promote that episode as the premiere so the next episode will be the official premiere!

Nani:  Okay, that does have a point.  Captain Planet isn’t really worthy of that title.  Just a bunch of environmental hoohah that could either give Al Gore a run for his money or make Ploot want to glitch out!

Lilo:  FINISHED!

Nani:  Already?!  It’s been 5 minutes!

Mertle:  Well over the months we have been watching all the episodes of the show and reading all the comics!

Lilo:  That gives me an idea!  Stitch, you wanna announce it?

Stitch:  A Simpsons trivia contest that’ll show who is the ultimate Bartmaniac!

Lilo:  Bartmaniac?

Stitch:  Well it was for “Do the Bartman” so why not?

Lilo:  Okay!

Reuben:  Now we need somebody to host this!  Jumba?

Jumba:  No.  Pleakley is better!

PLEAKLEY IS SHOWN DRESSED AS MARGE SIMPSON WITH HER SIGNATURE HAIRDO

Pleakley:  I’m having a hard time getting into Marge’s character (starts to fall)  AAH!

PLEAKLEY FALLS DOWN

Angel:  Ouch!

Reuben:  Looks like there’s only one person left!

INT GANTU’S QUARTERS

Gantu:  NO WAY!  NO CHANCE!  NO SIGN OF APPROVAL!

WIDE SHOT REVEALS TO GANTU TALKING TO MANTU

Gantu:  I will not let you have my job!

Mantu:  I don’t want YOUR job!  I want my own!

Gantu:  Okay, maybe you could start on…

GANTU GETS A VIDEO MESSAGE FROM STITCH

Gantu:  Oh criminy!  Hello, you’ve reached Gantu and his older brother Mantu.  How can we help you?

Stitch:  We’re holding a Simpsons trivia contest on Saturday night and we want you to be the host!

Gantu:  What’s the occasion?

Sparky:  The Simpsons turns 30 and it joins One Saturday Morning!

Gantu:  Well in the words of Bart Simpson I would say… “COWABUNGA!”

Mantu:  What does that leave me with?

Grand Councilwoman:  Normally I would tell you to watch Hamsterviel but I’m going to watch The Mandalorian on Disney Plus so you can come with Gantu but keep Hamsterviel from escaping!

HAMSTERVIEL IS SLEEPING AFTER HAVING A NEW YEAR’S BENDER

Hamsterviel:  Who happened with the what at the where until the when into the why?

Mantu:  Alright, you’re not going anywhere!

Leroy:  Well he isn’t but we are!

Marvin:  He is just too stubborn to let us on our own!

Mantu:  Okay!

INT STITCH’S ROOM SATURDAY NIGHT

THE SIMPSONS TRIVIA FAN CONTEST IS ABOUT TO START

Nani:  Live from Kokaua Town Hawaii, ABC proudly presents…  The Simpsons 30th Anniversary Trivia Contest and Fan Showcase in 3D on Ice!

David:  It’s not in 3D and there’s no ice rink!

Nani:  Three things, one it’s a joke, two Slushy has an ice rink here and three Stitch and the gang came up with an experiment known as Hull who can make 3D work even without those glasses.

THE AFOREMENTIONED HULL COMES OUT AND HE’S NAMED AFTER CHUCK HULL INVENTOR OF THE 3D SYSTEM AND IS A HALF RED AND HALF BLUE EXPERIMENT DESIGNED TO MAKE 3D WORK VERY WELL EVEN WHEN 3D IS NOT REALLY UTILIZED

Hull:  I’ve just made the way to experience Muppet Vision at home any time.

Nani:  Anyways, here’s our hosts for tonight, Galactic Armada bigshot Captain Gantu and Hawaii’s biggest Simpsons fanatic, my younger sister LILO PELEKAI!

GANTU AND LILO COME IN WITH SIMPSONS ATTIRE GANTU WEARING CLOTHING SIMILAR TO HOMER SIMPSON AND LILO DONNING A BART SIMPSON T SHIRT SAYING “DON’T HAVE A COW MAN!”

Lilo:  Wow!  30 years of The Simpsons.  How does it feel Gantu?

GANTU IS SNORING

Lilo:  Gantu?

Gantu: (yawning)  You started already?

Lilo:  Ay Carumba, live TV.  Can’t live with it, can’t live without it.

Gantu:  Tonight we are not just here for the celebration, there will be a trivia challenge and a showcase of who is the ultimate Simpsons fan!

THE TRIVIA CONTEST GOES ON WITH LUKE SKI’S “88 LINES ABOUT 44 SIMPSONS” PLAYS IN THE BACKGROUND

Gantu:  This president was turned off by The Simpsons and as a result the writers made an episode where said president moved to Evergreen Terrace…

Stitch:  “Two Bad Neighbors” season 7 episode 13 first aired on January 14 1996 with a representation of George Bush Sr!

Lilo:  This animator on the show would later go on to direct animated classics like The Iron Giant, The Incredibles…

Sparky:  Brad Bird!

Lilo:  This boy band appeared in this Season 12 episode…

Sample:  NSYNC!

Gantu:  Among the many Emmys, Annies, Golden Globes and other awards The Simpsons only won these two Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards in these years…

Angel:  1991 and 2002!

THE ROUND ENDS AND THE POINT GO UP TO 742

Gantu:  Okay Mantu, here’s the Bonus round!

Mantu:  Well here’s our guests to take care of it…

LEROY AND MARVIN SHOVE MANTU AND GIGGLE SINISTERLY

Stitch:  D’oh!  They escaped!

Nani:  Oh no!  We’ve got to cut to commercial!

ACT III

INT STITCH’S ROOM

THE SITUATION HAS TAKEN A TURN FOR THE WORSE AS “DEEP DEEP TROUBLE” IS PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND

Bonnie:  This is just great!  You show up trying to kill us like Sideshow Bob!

Clyde:  This is gonna bite so hard!

Leroy:  Get bent!

Heckler:  Eat My Short!

Stitch:  Stop it!  Sample stop it!

SAMPLE TURNS THE SONG OFF

Sample:  I always hate it when you do that!

Gantu:  Who did this?

Mantu:  I did!  I didn’t know they were evil!

Gantu:  You did this?  Why You Little SON OF A TROG!

GANTU STRANGLES MANTU LIKE HOW HOMER STRANGLES BART

Leroy:  Ha ha ha ha ha!  He had to strangle somebody!

Stitch:  Why you little Ika Patooka!

STITCH STRANGLES LEROY

Evile:  No!  You let me do it!

EVILE STRANGLES STITCH

Jumba:  You go nowhere!

JUMBA STRANGLES EVILE

Nani:  Why you big dummy!

NANI STRANGLES JUMBA

LILO BLOWS A WHISTLE AND EVERYBODY STOPS STRANGLING EACH OTHER

Lilo:  We’re wasting time on TV!  Nielsen, give us the ratings!

Nielsen:  Well it’s rather exciting but you have to come up with a speech that symbolizes the best the show has given us throughout its 30 year run!

Slushy:  Besides, it’s the last thing before the ice skating!

Lilo:  Okay, we know that The Simpsons was Matt Groening’s last-minute attempt to make something original for The Tracey Ullman Show!

Mertle:  How much of a last minute thing was it?  He used the names of the family members of his own family to give us the members of the Simpson family!

Elena:  Homer was named after Groening’s dad, Marge was named after Groening’s mom, Lisa was named after Groening’s sister and Maggie was named after Groening’s other sister!

Teresa:  Bart was the only exception since it was an anagram of “Brat”.

Yuki:  But even so when it premiered either as a set of shorts on Tracey Ullman on April 19 1987, as a Christmas special on December 17 1989 or as a regular series on January 14 1990 it took America by storm!

Victoria:  The show was the highlight of the FOX lineup!

Keoni:  It was fast, funny and quotable!

Launch:  It has the records for the longest sitcom on TV, animated or otherwise!

Amnesio:  It influenced other adult cartoons on FOX!

Swapper:  It influenced Mike Judge to make Beavis and Butt-Head!

Crete:  As well as King of the Hill!

Shoe:  It was heavily used for Seth MacFarlane to make Family Guy!

Chortle:  It was even the foundation for some of its writers and its producer James L Brooks to make The Critic!

Sparky:  It even influenced Matt Groening himself to make another cartoon for FOX called Futurama!

Brownout:  As well as Disenchantment!

Reuben:  It even helped usher in more cartoons, even for kids!

Megan:  Its movie made over $400 million!

David:  Now Disney has its mouse gloves on it but even then they can’t alter the content because if it isn’t broke, then why bother fixing it?

Stitch:  Even though the show has lost its steam, maybe it’ll get back on track and maybe fill us on for some final funny episodes!

Yaarp:  Plus it doesn’t matter if the jokes are off color or not, the show is centered around a family!  It is technically a family sitcom!

Angel:  A sitcom for not just any family but a dysfunctional ohana!

Nani:  Ohana means family!

Lilo:  Family means nobody gets left behind!

Stitch:  And it also means that no two families are the same, and we’re nowhere close to The Simpsons themselves!

Gantu:  That was the best speech I have ever heard!

Stitch:  That means that there’s a tie!

Leroy:  So what’s the tiebreaker?

Stitch:  We just put your sorry little buttinkskies back to Hamsterviel where you dumb wiener experiments belong!

STITCH AND THE GANG USE THEIR TELEPORTATION DEVICE TO TRANSPORT LEROY AND MARVIN BACK TO HAMSTERVIEL’S CELL

INT HAMSTERVIEL’S CELL

Hamsterviel:  What happened?

Leroy:  We just engaged in The Simpsons 30th anniversary party!

Marvin:  And you weren’t invited!

Hamsterviel:  D’OH!

INT STITCH’S ROOM

EVERYTHING IS WELL AND THE AFTERPARTY IS BEGINNING WITH DONUTS COURTESY OF HERTZ DONUT, AND THE SIMPSONS TRADEMARK COUCH

Hertz Donut:  Get them while they’re seriously hot!

Fudgy:  Mmm… Chocolate Donuts…

FUDGY DROOLS

Slobber:  Watch it, somebody could get hurt!

WOOPS SLIPS ON THE PILE OF SALIVA

Woops:  Ouch.

Snafu:  Case in point!

EVERYBODY MAKES IT TO THE COUCH BUT THE SIMPSONS FAMILY ARE ON THE COUCH WHICH CONFUSES THE EXPERIMENTS

Homer:  What?

Marge:  Oh my!

Lisa:  It appears we have visitors.

Lilo:  No, you were just placed here!

Bart:  I’m Bart Simpson, who the hell are all of you?!

Stitch:  My name is Stitch and I, along with my own family are your biggest fans!

TOONS SUCKS THE SIMPSONS BACK INTO A PICTURE HE BROUGHT TO LIFE

Toons:  Well let’s just enjoy the top 30 Simpsons episodes!

STITCH AND THE GANG MAKE IT ONTO THE COUCH WHICH EXPANDS INTO A THEATER

THE GANG HAS A MONTAGE OF THE WEEK LONG SIMPSONS PARTY WHILE THE SIMPSONS HIT SONG “DO THE BARTMAN” PLAYS IN THE BACKGROUND

INT TOM SCHUMACHER HIGH SCHOOL MONDAY JANUARY 20

THE BIG SIMPSONS TEST HAS BEEN ALL GIVEN A’S EXCEPT FOR GWEN’S WHO HAS GOTTEN AN “F”

Gwen:  What would have been distracting me?

Keoni:  Well you were busy shopping at the mall all week!

Moses:  You know I don’t usually give this out but Gwen you have detention!

INT DETENTION HALL AFTER SCHOOL

GWEN IS WRITING “SPRINGFIELD ON THE SIMPSONS IS NOT LOCATED IN ILLINOIS, INDIANA, MASSACHUESSTS, OHIO, FLORIDA, CALIFORNIA, OR EVEN HAWAII” ON THE WHITEBOARD 10,000 TIMES

Detention guard:  We don’t have a blackboard so eat it!

Lilo:  I can’t believe that I got that Springfield question right!

Gwen:  Where is Springfield located?

Lilo:  Well it’s Oregon but the show respectfully refuses to admit it!

Well it's both!  It is centered around a family so it's a family sitcom and it does have some choice language, references and so on and the fact that their new parent company Disney has their hands on this iconic series and doesn't alter any of the content is just amazing!  Anyways, which part of the episode is your favorite?  Mine is where everybody strangles each other like how Homer strangles Bart!  Now that The Simpsons are a part of Disney's One Saturday Morning (my recreation of it) do you think the content of the show will be changed or not.  I would go for the latter because even though Disney isn't known for pushing adult stuff they have been doing it under the Touchstone, Hollywood Pictures, Miramax, Dimension Films, Marvel, Lucasfilm and now FOX labels.  Although I am not putting EVERY FOX animated cartoon series on One Saturday Morning.  I am putting King of the Hill on there because it does focus on a family, I could put up Futurama on there because I love that show as much as the next guy, I'm kind of on the fence about Bob's Burgers and Bless the Harts and I wouldn't put Family Guy unless you put a gun to my head because that show is DIRTY!

Well South Park is better than Arthur!  Oh and by the way, Hull is Eric Stuart doing Brock and that Detention guard is Harry Shearer doing Skinner!
