You full-view the image (or press the Download button), and copy it into MS Paint. Alternatively, you can full-view/download it and actually save it to your computer, then open it in MS Paint. Either way, get it in Paint.

After that, look at some tutorials on pixel art if you have no prior experience, and you just do what you want with it. Make sure you link back to this image in the description when you post it online.
