Valor had been seconds away from jumping down from the trees to meet his friend, having heard his call at least five times over. Just before he could, the figure below him had crumpled to the ground. As he was about to investigate, he saw blood in the grass and heard the sound of bones popping into places they shouldn't be. Something wasn't right. Proving him correct, Dasher twisted on himself before snapping upright, looking significantly different than he had moments before. Significantly more monstrous. Although shocked and startled, Valor sighed internally. This wasn't going to be good now or later.... Readying himself to leap, he was already anticipating the conversations they were going to have to have after this. Until then, though, he wasn't about to let the Nyulop do anything that would upset him even worse. Uh...somehow...
