Location: Moves, but main base of operation is a tunnel system in the cliffs between Bumpytown and the nearby waterfall
Upgrades: Ear morph, shed, scale shaper, blurry eyes, shaped eyes, heterochromia, shaped pouch, pointy winglets, marbled goo
Personality: IO's not great with this whole 'emotion' thing. It's very difficult to read because of its deadpan reaction to essentially everything. Despite this, it shouldn't be interpreted as cold or unfriendly. It has its own way of expressing itself and is quite kind once you've realized how to spot it. IO will often take pity on students, especially younger ones, and herd them away from more rambunctious or dangerous teachers. It seems to prefer to speak to an isolated crowd and won't bother to compete for volume in a louder area. It cannot see though its 'X' eye and says it wasn't always like that, but never elaborates
