Description
Finished version of the Foresight drawing I showed the WIP of earlier. Foresight being my little... well largish... own TF character (see other images for bio and all).
Please excuse the scan lines that are visible. The university's scanners kinda suck. Aside from scan size, the only options are three choices of resolution (up to 400 dpi) and colour or greyscale. :/ Had to scan and paste together four very overlapping parts, so somewhat surprised it's okayish.
All done in pen, marker and crayon. Considered using white gel pens (only used white pencil), but didn't trust mine and using paint thingies for just this one time would have been a tad expensive. Plus since I have no prior experience with it and no time to practice (reaaaally busy these days
), wouldn't have dared to do that anyway.Although I got a 8/10 for it, there are quite a few things I realise could have done better in hindsight (pun not intended). For instance I could have tried to make the early transformation stages more background by putting more crayon over it. Problem is I already put black crayon in there before that (which would have caused problems). Hence I didn't. I also could have done more with the contrast (more), which is something that has been plagueing me for eons really.
Other than that, only after I placed the text did I realise I could have used scotch tape to get really straight lines... >.<'
Also halfway through drawing this I noticed I forgot to draw his refueling pipe on the aircraft mode and since I didn't want to ruin that more I decided not to draw it anywhere at all.

Oh wow, that is a really awesome design! Love the transformation sequence art, those are ALWAYS cool. Great alt mode choice and I love the addition of the shield.

I actually like the look of the scan lines, in combination with the vintage color scheme and lettering, it kinda makes this look like a war propaganda poster from the 50's. Great Transformer design, too, it looks like you put a lot of time into configuring his modes and transformation sequence

Heh didn't realise that, but it does kinda have that colour tone that old propaganda posters had. Perhaps it's the whole traditional colouring style where we're all used to digital colours.

Hmm I could see that, it probably would have an entirely different feel/theme if it were digitally colored. Looks great either way ya do it

Looks really wicked. I really like how it has that 80s comic book quality to it, the paper texture enhances the look.
Not a big fan of the typography since the font doesn't really look Transformers, but other than that, sooo awesome!
