Well ya, its the Victorian Era. Dishonored is a Steampunk game, Steampunk having heavy influences of the Victorian Era and Western Genres with a futuristic touch.
This is a take on what a Real Life Victorian era assassin would have looked like. Dishonored did not invent the Victorian era.

What's his name?
May I suggest Arathorn or Arden? Both are british names, and have to do with the eagle theme that runs in the series (excerpting with the Kenways, Ezio and Altair both mean Eagle)
