Oh my gosh, this would be such an awesome setting!
Also I really like the gentleman look on this character. It makes him seem less threatening and easy to blend in with the rest of the people, which makes this character much more fearsome.

aaww you've been faster than me. it's been a several months I prepare a victorian design for an assassin. For now I just cumulate reference because I'm in intership right now and it's take all my time.

The details of his outfit are incredible. It's really, really good and well-made. The only thing that bothers me is the hood, for some reason it doesn't look like it belongs. Sorry, I had to find SOMETHING to complain about, haha, because this is just simply beautiful.
