I don't profess to know a lot about him, as I was always more into Fatal Fury than Art of Fighting, but I learned he was this goofy guy who worked with kids and just happened to also be a fighter. I liked that, so I wanted to do a sprite update for him. I'd love to see more characters like him get love.
