Beast-23 - Laura Logan (Beastboy/X-23) - a female clone of the Titans-X's Beast Man.
Steel-Man - Peter Steele/Piotr Stalin (Robot-Man/Collosus)
Brought together by Niles Xavier (a clone of the original John Xavier (now Red-Cerebro), these characters found their appearances and abilities pushed them away from the 'normal people', Niles twisted John's 'dream' of Meta-Mutants being accepted in society into wanting to take over society, these outcasts fight alongside him to bring down humanity.

I kind of hope they're good guys later down the line, or at least some of them are. But interesting twist on combining Doom Patrol with X-Men.
