The House of Secrets. A group of 'villains' who defend themselves against the other houses but also protect the people around them just as well, if not better, than the 'heroes'.The House includes:
Lex Luthor, The Joker, Star Sapphire, Killer Frost, Catwoman, Cronos and Grodd.
Notes: The original proposal contained Captain Cold instead of Killer Frost as their token Ice villain
Also yes...the Joker is based on his appearance in 'The Return of the Joker' and I couldn't resist giving him the Watchmen button
