Description
This was the first time this girl has ever had her face painted, and she was so amazed by it. It was priceless to hear her excitement. By the way, the guy in the photo is me, a rare one which I am not painted upRelated content

Just a normal snazaroo sponge cut in half. I like to use high density sponges, as they tend to not streak as much, and I can dry blend them later. Oh, the lines were meant to be shaky, I have done some when they weren't, and it didn't look right. I think I did do it too much in this one, but the animal kingdome never really has straight lines. The design is based off a lot of different faces that I have seen. Kinda mixed and matched, and added my own. I think the eyes were based off of something similiar to Val Lampkins faces, the mouth was something I see a lot in cat faces, but really, this was just done on a whim, just started painting, and this was the result Oh, and I use Snazaroo right now, all waterbased.

Very nice. Your brush strokes look a little shaky, but that's pretty normal. Mine are still shaky sometimes. Your design elements are very good. Is this a face you created or one based off of something you've seen? It looks VERY similar to the ones done by the people from Enjoy Your Face. They were doing the free face painting last year.
Your blending is beautiful. What type of sponge do you use? Also, what type of paints have you been using? They look like a nice, cream, water-based paint.
