Walking up to the table, she couldn’t believe what she was seeing. It was… Korean food? Yes, definitely Korean BBQ. Pre-cooked, and ready to eat. She wondered “who would have left all of this here?” but the answer to that was nowhere to be found (both in the real world and this fantastical one she had found herself in). As she got closer, her stomach let out a grumble that could’ve easily been mistaken for an orc. “Well I *am* hungry,” she thought to herself. “But there’s so much! I couldn’t possibly finish all of this! Maybe I’ll just have a few bites…” She picked up the first item and carefully nibbled at it. It. Was. Delicious. Flavors she’d never tasted in barbecue (Korean or otherwise) came bounding to her tastebuds and she could have sworn she heard an angelic choir start singing.

Adie has always been the type of person to just go with whatever ridiculous flow she’s landed in but even if she hadn’t been predisposed to accepting calls to adventure, this food made her forget any questions she had. All she could think about was getting more of it into her mouth. Nibbles turned into bites, bites turned into chomps, and before she knew it she was full out inhaling every last morsel on the table.

Part two of this tale. Here we find our protagonist having found a table full of food. Since rendering this I have obtained a wider variety of food props, but I think the Korean BBQ does a good job doubling down on the notion that the setting is literally just a setting and has no further bearing on the story.
