You'd think the frosting on those would get smushed because there are trays that are directly on top of other trays. I don't have any evidence of this, but I'm saying that Darren put spacers in specifically for this reason. The only smushing of cupcakes that he does is smushing them into his wife's face.

Darren went back and made a couple more trips to the car to get everything before starting to plate it out on the Living Room table. Their 1 year anniversary would be coming up this week, but they were celebrating it today. Lara watched him from the couch with a little smirk on her face. She knew he was going to go big with the celebration, but she had no idea how much food he had gotten her.

He started unboxing the goods and pulled out a tray of cupcakes that was absolutely mouth-watering. 12 cupcakes on the tray, which was a good number for Lara if we were talking about snacks. However, she was prepared to eat a feast today, and was excited to see what was in the rest of the boxes. Darren reached back into the box and pulled out another tray of cupcakes, then two more from the next box, and another two from the last box. He had also brought in a gallon of milk with him that had a label that Lara didn't quite recognize. "What kind of milk is that, sweetie?" she asked. "Oh this?" Darren pointed at the gallon he was already pouring into a quart-sized glass, "This is a type of milk I found that has a higher fat percentage than whole milk!" Lara would have to reflect back on exactly what it was about those words that turned her on even more, but that could wait until later. For now, she managed to keep her reply fairly tame, "Wow, you really pulled out all the stops for me today didn't you?"

Darren eventually had everything laid out on the table in front of them and Lara was salivating hard. She hadn't seen this much sugar in front of her in quite some time. "We've been together in some way, shape, or form for over 6 years now," Darren began, "So I got 6 trays of 12 extra-large cupcakes for a total of 72, each at around 450 calories a piece, plus a whole gallon of extra-high-fat milk that clocks in at almost 2500 calories for the gallon, for a grand total of roughly 35,000 calories in a single meal," he paused to watch her eyes light up before finishing, "You know what that means, right?" Lara was already entranced by the idea. She knew exactly what he was going for here. She nodded and mumbled, "I'm gonna gain 10lbs of fat from a single meal." Darren realized that she was so deeply honed in on the meal that she hadn't made an attempt to start. "You want me to help you out sweetie?" he asked. She nodded her head.
