Pretty much everyone doesnt have a name yet but they do have labels.

GGP - great grandpa (suffers from alzheimers)

GGM - great grandma

GP - grandpa passed

GM - grandma (aunt to prince Rutherford)

BU - Big uncle (has own wife and kids - 2 girls) passed (hate brother-in-law)

Papa - everyone believes him to be sombra's father. Becomes head of family till little uncle is old enough but refers to prince Rutherford cause of his family connections to his mother-in-law. Realizes wife can't give him anymore children, he stops visiting altogether and seeks out a new wife (Yona when she's older) but does have a mistress that gives him a daughter.

Host Mama - the host that gives birth to sombra, marriage arranged by Prince Rutherford. Becomes barren after giving birth to sombra. Refused to abandon sombra and was forced to live outside yak village.

Yona - only named yak. Is sombra's aunt. Loves sister dearly.

LU - little uncle, a kind and honorable yak. Teaches sombra the ways of yak fighting till he is punished by Prince Rutherford and blinded for his disobedience.

Sombra - big yak himself. Has no memory of his passed life till his horn starts to grow fast. He'll go through growth spurts and in those moments he'll see visions of the destruction and chaos his old self did but won't figure its him till after he destroys Rutherford and takes over the yak kingdom. He'll be only 10 years old when this happens.
