Here, on DA, most of kiribans are related to pageviews !
For example, I do kiribans on numbers like 30.000, 40.000... People just have to look after my profile when the number is coming, to 'catch' the exact number (or the nearest), take a screenshot, and send it to me ! And I'll draw something for them, for free ^^
Most of the artists doing kiribans have a journal somewhere, explaining their own rules (but they're all more or less similar)
It's a good way to say thank you to your watchers, and to creat animation on your page, I think ! c:
