Before he was Monkey Brains Tyler Rockwell was born in his homeland England, London with 100% intelligence who impressed his folks when he built his first alphabetical learning computer and send him off to High School from 8 to 12 years and moved to the university at age 13 to 20 years of age. As he grew older he immigrated from London to New York where he got a daytime job at the Roosevelt University where he taught many students the wonders of science. He discovered that April O' Neil was studying and was impressed and he decided to be her protege while he doesn't approve Casey's lack of knowledge and reckless behavior. He later met an entomologist Dr. Magnolia Van Houten and fell in love with each other. One stormy night as he headed home for the day he got captured by WAR-Bots and was experimented and as he nursed a baby chimp back to health and the mutagen laced with Blue Monkey DNA he was turned into a bluish brown furred humanoid primate. He joined the Mighty Mutanimals so he can get close to April O' Neil again.
