Powers and Abilities: He can lash his 30 ft prehensile tongue with spikes can create powerful sonic croaks that easily destroy anything in its path can shoot exploding spores from his body can inflate his chest can throw exploding spicy chili at enemies can throw fiery explosive dragonfire peppers can shoot exploding mushroom rockets from his Mushroom-zooka launcher has extremely toxic skin can barf acidic saliva from his mouth can swim underwater has great jumping skills and has powerful punches and kicks thanks to his fists and froggy legs.

Bio
Before he was Amphibuffamander Leon Hingle came from a family of redneck farmers who lived on a farm near the swamps in Louisiana where his father cooks everything for the family after he was hired to become a chef in the Alligator-Crabmeat Po-Boy restaurant and often helps his family to work around the farm sometimes feeding animals such as cows pigs goats sheeps chickens and horses sometimes alligators because his uncle owns an alligator farm. He cooks the world's famous gumbo when his grandmother and feeds it to the family every night. When his father had a stroke he was taken to the hospital and he was convinced by his sickly father to go and make wondrous dishes to change the world before he died. As he grew older after his grandmother died he deciced to move to Manhattan not to apply for a job but also to enter the annual Chili-Cook-Off Contest and created the most famous combination between his gumbo and chili the Chili Gumbo and everyone liked it and won first place. What he didn't realize that Slobster also entered the contest and was impressed with his cooking skills and became good friends and often worked at his restaurant sometimes until he was captured by Xaglivions and was turned into a blue skinned hulking amphibian due to the mutagen laced on Bullfrog DNA mixed with Giant Salamander DNA. He was later imprisoned with other mutants whom he befriended them and helped Turtles and Mutanimals to fight Xaglivions even Monty Moneybags. One time when Queasimodo created Chili-sauruses to eliminate every cook off with their radioactive chili barf he teamed up with Slobster and Spongescum Steve to stop him. He became a new member of Justice League of Mutated Warriors.
