I saw a ton of people doing this sort of thing but I didn't like how they did it so I made my own. I may have too many sparkles though...Oh yeah, and two versions because I couldn't decide whether to stay truer to Celestia's model or Luna's model. So have two versions.

EDIT: fixed sparkles not showing up in PNG. (they still don't look entirely right though) Also cleaned up sparkles in the SVG file.
I guess you can use this (and/or the design) if you credit me but I'm not sure what you'd use it for.
