I'm Catholic, and I have a good feeling everyone is going to hell if we used this logic. Everyone. Hell, ven religious people, nuns, priests and the Pope, because at some point of their lives they have sinned.

So yes, that logic is bullshit.

P.S. For those who think that the Bible is "flawless" or "perfect" morally:

Deuteronomy 22:28-29 tells us that a virgin who is raped must marry her rapist.

 Genesis 2:24 tells us that women must submit to their husbands, marriages are generally arranged (not based on romantic love), interfaith marriages are forbidden and a bride who cannot prove her virginity is stoned to death.

 Genesis 38:6-10 tells us that  a widow who had not borne a son is required to marry her brother in law and submit to him sexually

 Exodus 21:4 tells us that a slave owner (yes, at that time when the Old Testament was written they supported slavery) can assign female slaves to his male slaves and the female slaves must submit sexually to their new husbands.

 Genesis 16 tells us that a woman's property is his husband's property too.

 Numbers 31:1-18 and Deuteronomy 21:11-14 tells us that under Moses' command, Israelites kill every Midianite man, woman and child; save for virgin girls who are taken as spoils of war. Of course, wives  must submit to their husbands.

 There are also lots of cases of adultery. Abraham (yes, Abraham) had two concubines, Gideon had one, Nahor one, Jacob one, Eliphaz one, Gideon was suspected to have one, Caleb had two, Manassah had one, and finally King Solomon had about 300.

 Polygamy is also enlisted in the Bible. Examples are: Lamech had two wives. Esau three. Jacob two, Ashur two, Gideon had many, Elkanah had two, David had many, Solomon had about 700, Rehaboam had three, Abijah had 14.

Does this mean Moses, Solomon, and countless others mentioned in the Bible are all going to hell too? If we used fail logic yes. Though it is still possible even without fail logic...
