In the end, one is a sexuality or a sexual orientation, just like heterosexuality. The other is a paraphilia, a disorder. That's why the words have the endings they do. So this whole "Pedophiles will get the same rights as homosexuals if we continue like this!" is total bullshit and you should go do something better with your life.
