Description
This is another piece done in my painting class... I used a stock image of a Russian Church building (I couldn't find a name for the building on the stock photo site that I found it on)
I consider the building in my picture to be more of a castle than a church... Rothbart's castle to be exact (the evil magician in Swan Lake) though I guess his castle would be a bit less ornamental and a lot more dilapidated... I guess it could be the castle before he took it over...
It was suppose to have a silhouette of a swan near the tip of the top tower but I though it might look a bit awkward and too large in proportion to the tower... this was done in acrylic using watercolour technique...
