I put off finishing this quest for a while and been feeling a bit overwhelmed artwise so I did something that appealed to me in my work pile.
Drawing Gavin/Entropy as an Elite Commander was quite fun~
Continued his eyeball motif in a half mask with horns to give off a more dark and eerie vibe. He probably specializes in Dark/Psychic/Ghost Pokemon (like over half the mons he has already). The halo in the background is just for fun to continue the vibe than a real part of the look.
