I'm still plugging away, trying to draw all my Commanders. This one took a while. Niv is the draconic wizard who commands the Izzet Guild--they harness blue and red mana to power the ecumenopolis of Ravnica. He's supposed to be simultaneously very pompous and very ferocious.
