Time to put my Talon next to another fighter model I did. They kinda look cute together.

Bit o' story.

It has been six months since the Prometheus appeared out of nowhere and saved the Odyssey from a messy fate. Six months and a lot of heated words between Captain Stanton and the IOA concerning who has jurisdiction over the Prometheus. When a threat from the IOA is quickly laughed away by some simple math, they have no choice but to sign a treaty that places the Prometheus solely under the jurisdiction of her Captain and Executive Officer. Prometheus's crew will be treated as independent contractors while Captain Stanton will maintain his role with the SGC and the US Navy. Officially a Liasson between both parties. The IOA is of course angry, unable to exploit the new ship and her technology, while the Joint Chiefs of Staff and General Landry are just happy to have a new ally. Prometheus and Odyssey proceed to a system that is under threat of attack by the Lucian Alliance to engage in the first of many joint operations. The CAP (Combat Air Patrol) is split between the two ships. Two F-302s from Odyssey and two F-371Cs from Prometheus begin their pattern around the small group. The Joint Cap gives SGC personnel their first real look at what a Talon can do.
