Think I've gotten a little rusty with the format. All I wanted to draw were close up shots. Oh well, who needs backgrounds anyway. I've found that I've somewhat taken more of a liking to a man's chest area over time. Legs are still my favorite, but the chest is also nice. Of course, so are his back, and arms. And obliques. And face, naturally. Just list everything at this point.

Funny thing, today I signed real estate documents on paper (my realtor is traditional) and my realtor commented that I write like a doctor. So yeah, my handwriting is confirmed to be terrible. Lol. What can I say, I was the fastest note taker in the west in school. Haha. Anyways, I sent over the offer for the cheapo house. Waiting for a seller response... hoping he accepts. If so, THE TIME IS NOW BOIS, GONNA BE A HOMEOWNER! For reals this time. Literally, even if the inspection finds 5.5 million issues. I'm still buying it cuz I love it. It's simultaneously the best house I've found while also being the cheapest. NEED. For context, it's about the same price my parents paid for the family home... 23 years ago. Yeah, I'm thinking it's BASED!
