Caleb is not named "Blood"
Strifeguy is not named "Strife"
Agumon is not named "Digimon"
And Master Chef is not named "Halo"

How do you know doom guys name isn't doom he has never had an official name

He's never been given an official name as it supposed to be you in the game, even though we can change the character with skin wads. Fans calls him 'Doomguy', not 'Doom' as it would conflict as a trademark issue with the supervillan 'Dr Doom' from Marvel.

Well his alias last name is doom but calling doom guy doom I don't believe would cause conflict as no official name for him has been made, just a fan placed name, plus doctor doom's real name is Victor vondoom, and if that's the case then doom itself would cause conflict

It is quite unfortunate that people mistake the title of these Nineties games end up being pasted to the main character, because people do not take time to recognize that the title of the game is the purpose of the quest, and some of these people do not take the time to learn the story behind the events in the game.
