Unfezant would be my first pick
the color looks like a good match and it already fits the shape of the eyes.

The nose looks too wierd for a Haunter, and I don't think the surgical mask would fit either.
I'd say the Plague Mask or the Unpleasant Mask.

As far as having a mask similar to Leon and Meri, I'd pick the Plague mask followed by the Unfezant mask or Roserade mask.
