Description
Download file is zip archive with .sai2 and .psd (works in Photoshop, SAI, SAI 2 and a list of other programs)! Before purchasing make sure that you're able to use it in your program!Resolution is 1000x1300px.

Can I get a refund I can't use this base and my paint app its not MS paint friendly tho in my paint app it shows the pic for MS paint but it isn't and the 2nd pony for me isn't showing up neither may I get a refund pls.

Try right-clicking on the file - open using... - medibang
Did you ever open .psd files in medibang before? A few other customers didn't have any problems with it.

If there's suddenly a problem with the base it's best to figure out the reason you can't open it, so it won't happen to anyone else and you have what you paid for. Maybe it's because of the folders inside?
I'll send you an alter version in notes. If that doesn't help, I can send you the layers as .png images.

Well its sad how I can't get a refund for something I can't use and something that doesn't provide the things it says I worked hard for my points and I should be able to get a refund for this because this isn't really acceptable.
But yeah I'll give you a screenshot.
If I'm not able to use I should get my stuff back.
