That's clever. Not only say 'no' but do so in a way that implies the strongest disrespect and mockery. Those guys are lucky that Celestia isn't the "kill the messenger" type.
I wonder if that small principality has what it takes to stop the Equestrians if Celestia chooses to insist? To really, really, really insist? Insist with squadrons of skyships and a huge ground army reinforced by the best battlemages?
No, I don't think Equestria has that sort of firepower either but, being effectively immortal, the Princesses can afford to be patient. And that means they can wait until they do have that firepower and more.

i had done another mlp/shakespeare story that had serialized
& it had gone over so well that i began to cast about for another play to
ponify
& equestria has always seemed to me to have been modeled on england in the middle ages
so i thought henry v would really
fill the bill
so to speak
