Description
Oil over canvas. 16" x 20". Being a Frank Frazetta fan, I tried to learn his techniques by reproducing some of his work. This one is titled " Warrior with ball and chain". It gave me an idea of how to apply the intense "darks" (chiaoscuro).I've been following several artist's , like Vallejo and Bell, Todd Lockwood, Krenkel, Charles Vess, Olivia, Joe Jusko, Arthur Suydam, etc. But Frazetta is the greatest.
