This is actually made with Exposure Fusion from 3jpg's(aeb). Then photshoped and a brush from here [link] for the sky.~~~
This is made with my own photographic material, no stocks where used.

Almost the same thing with the HDR, but it comes out more real to the original image...and then i've made it unreal in photoshop
