OK, it's time for some of Ning's backstory >:3

SO, when he was very young, his village was raided by slavers. His parents were killed, but he and his two siblings were captured and forced to work in mines (idk what yet, I want to say spice mines, but this all happened in a completely different galaxy, so they would most likely have something different to mine). He spent most of his early childhood there, learning to hate pretty much everything and everyone except his siblings. His older brother devised an escape plan, where they were supposed to use one of the abandoned, unstable mine shafts. They were running down a tunnel when some slavers found them. They started beating them up, and the tunnel started to kind of collapse. Ning's older brother abandoned them, escaping on his own. The tunnel probably would have been fine, but Ning was starting to freak out. He had never manifested his force sensitivity before, and no one knew he was force sensitive, but he has an ability called pyrokinesis, the ability to control fire. So he freaked out and blew up the tunnel in a big fiery explosion, collapsing it on them and blinding his older sister (yes, he is, in fact, the youngest out of three). Anyway, they were forced to keep mining for a few more years before the slavers were discovered by the government (run by mandalorians in this galaxy). The operation was shut down, his sister was killed in the fight, and he was rescued and raised by the mandalorians.
